The most common and basic form of Brain Education™ (BE) training, this practice forms the foundation of all other BE training methods. You will work to build strength in the lower abdomen (Dahnjon), which provides strength and vitality to the body. You will also learn to release tension and control the effects of stress through simple meditative techniques and breath work. Designed to build and open the energy of the body, the regular class uses three main components:
Meridian Stretching (Do-in Exercise®): Gently stretches the muscles of the body while moving and rotating the joints. As the body naturally releases tension, energy flows more smoothly through the energy channels.
Jung-Choong Breathing™: Through five simple postures focusing on breathing and proper positioning of the body, you will feel refreshed and revitalized as you build and circulate energy through the body. Proper balance of energy in the body will also
be restored.
Energy Meditation (Ji-gam Exercise®): This easy-to-follow meditative exercise calms the brain waves, providing you with deep relaxation. It also builds mental clarity and focus while developing your ability to sense and move energy.

In introductory session, a trained Dahn Yoga® instructor will help you evaluate your body condition, including flexibility, breathing patterns, stress levels, circulation and overall energy condition, and recommend a program that suits your individual needs.
In this seminar, you can begin to expand your practice beyond the regular class and learn the fundamentals that underlie the activities of the regular class. Learn the basic principles behind the HSP® concept, as well as essential principles of energy that form the foundation of the practice. During the seminar, you will be guided through the process of assessing your current energetic and physical condition, while gaining knowledge to help improve your overall health and well-being.
Brain waves are the natural electricity inside the brain. Through observation of the changes in brain waves, the level of brain health can be directly understood. By lowering brain waves through their regular and rhythmic vibrations, it offers a deep rest for our brains, which are constantly in a stimulated state.
Brain Wave Vibration training helps you reawaken the natural healing abilities by awakening your brain stem. Your brain stem is critical to your health because it is the area of your brain that controls breathing, heart rate, stress response, and all the other many automatic functions of the body. Through Brain Wave Training, you will help your brain stem create waves that resonate properly with the rest of your bodily functions.
