Private Sessions are available based on individuals needs and condition. Please call to schedule your first consultation. - We offer one on one training and healing sessions. These sessions combine personalized exercise plans and energy massage. Many people are able to release long-held tension and stress with the help of a trained healer. Learn how to relax and recharge your body more quickly and deeply with private sessions. Then practice with that awareness in regular class or at home. Sessions may vary according to each individual's goals, needs and condition.
