Shim Sung Workshop - June 8
One day intensive training for opening the heart & recovering your true nature.

Initial Awakening - June 22
One-day training, which focuses mainly on "watching" or observing the body and mind; creating some space between you, thoughts, emotions.  Lets you experience being more grounded and what it means to be the master of your body, thoughts, and emotions.

Beginners Workshop - June 12 & June 25
For new and seasoned members alike :)  It will be a good review of basic principles and postures, and give a deeper understanding of the elements of the regular class. They will last about one hour.

Release stress & recover joy with fun activities and training.

Healing Chakra Class - June 27
Learn about your chakras (energy centers).  We'll have time to check out the health of each of our chakras and do training to heal our chakras :)

Healing Family & Friends Night - June 30
Healing family & friends night is open for everyone!  Please bring friends and family, or just yourself  - there are plenty of friends here already :)  It will be a fun and relaxing night with light stretching and simple acupressure massage. Then a little food together afterwards at 7:15. Hope you'll be here!

Movie Night & Snack - June 13
Another awesome movie night! We'll have a light snack / dessert after the movie :)

Aura Photo Week!!
Free Aura photos and readings by Barbara all week long (except Wednesday)!  Will be available before and after classes!

Outdoor Dahn Master Meditation & Nature Hike - 6:15am June 19
Our first of the summer Dahn Masters! :)

Advanced Sincerity Meditation Training  Class
Advanced classes are on Saturdays at 9am-9:45am.  Prerequisite is Shim Sung training.  We practice sincerity training and meditation.  It is a serene and powerful practice time to gather mind and energy.

Wooden Pillow Class
This is a very relaxing class!  Experience a kind of unique self-massage with the wooden pillow, getting out some kinks you can't usually reach :)

Kids Classes Continue - 1:30pm Saturdays
Another wonderful 6 week kids class session starts!  Please contact Barbara here at the center with inquiries about the kids class. 

Chun Je Ceremony - June 21
A beautiful Heaven's Ceremony to gather the mind and heart for growing ourselves and benefiting those around us.  For Level 3 or higher practitioners.



June Community Events & Open Classes

Lowell Food Drive - June 3
We will support a food drive in Lowell.  Please let us know if you'd like to be involved and volunteer your time to help in this cause.

Outdoor Saturday Open Classes Continue through June!
We'll have lovely outdoor classes and meditations in nature Saturdays in June!  This will be in place of the regular noon time class Saturdays. In case of rain or very wet ground, we will will have the class here in the center. Thanks again to Ceil dowoonim for opening up her yard for our class!  It's beautiful & easy to find at 1 Judson Road, Andover.

YEHA Dance Night - June 20
For the young and young-at-heart! An exciting night of deep stretching, intense dancing, and meaningful meditation. Held at Cambridge Center. All are invited - bring friends & family :)
