The goal of Shimsung is to help you learn how to focus on yourself. This workshop generates a powerful transformation that helps you reconnect with your true nature. Two days of physical exercises, group interaction, meditation, and reflection will help you open a path of greater understanding of yourself, your motivations and your potential. Designed to help you look honestly and carefully at the mental and emotional patterns that keep you from living your best life, Shimsung is perfect if you want to get back on track or gain motivation for personal transformation.

Through the Finding Your True Self workshop, you will have the opportunity to actually connect with your True Self, the "real you", underneath all the layers of habits, judgements, emotions, and memories that we have mistakenly identified as who we really are. Through this workshop, you will develop a deeper understanding of yourself and the people closest to you so that you can regain self-confidence, eliminate negative patterns, and achieve more harmonious relationships

This class focuses on exercising your intestines, to encourage increased blood and energy circulation and improved elimination of waste and toxins from the body.
Tai Chi09:00-10:00Tai Chi:DahnMuDo is a non-combative, healing martial art. Its gentle moves help to properly align the spine, joints, muscles and even internal organs. DahnMuDo creates strength, power, confidence and mental clarity.
Basic Yoga10:00-11:00Basic Yoga:Regular Dahn Yoga class includes stretching, breathing exercise and meditation. It is geared for all levels, easy for beginners to follow and challenging enough for the advanced practitioner.
