Joint Rotation: An Effective Brain Sensitizing Exercise
Dahn Yoga classes incorporate several techniques to stimulate and guide the flow of energy, or ki, throughout the body. While many may not realize it, circulation has a great effect on the brain - after all, energy flow serves as the bridge that connects the mind and body. One of these techniques is the tao yin meridian exercise of joint rotation - a part of the first step of Brain Education System Training, brain sensitizing, which aims to arouse the senses, mind and body in order to encourage brain awareness.

The first step in experiencing the health benefits of our program is to schedule an introductory session.
