Relieve Stress with Wooden Pillow - Open Class
All classes on Friday: 10am, 6pm & 7:30pm free for newcomers. The Wooden Pillow is a helpful tool to relieve tension in the body, and it allows for the skeletal structure to come back into alignment. During the wooden pillow class, members experience several techniques with detailed directions from the instructor, so they can later use the Wooden Pillow on their own.
