Brain Wave Vibration consists of simple, repeated movements. As your body sinks into the rhythm and movement of your body, you will naturally bring your mind inward and release tension through deep and even breathing.

Through gentle sweat, you will also restore your body to a desired temperature. In just 10 minutes--whether done in a seated posture or standing up--Brain Wave Vibration offers immense full body benefits.
