    The sense of smell can be a strong trigger for emotions and memories, and we'll be tapping into the power of aromatherapy for stress relief and healing. We'll be using Bird of the Soul Oil, a unique blend of 16 different essences created by Ilchi Lee, that is designed to open up all your seven chakras and help you connect to your True Self. Use it in energy meditation, breathing and relaxation to heal your body, mind and spirit. We'll be using it in conjunction with the wooden pillow for accupressure healing for deep relaxation and peace! Oil and mist sprays available for sale, $30.
