If you haven’t heard it already, at some point you will hear that yoga is more than physical exercise. It is training for the mind and body working together. This is especially true in Dahn Yoga, which emphasizes energy--which connects mind and body. Once you start learning about energy, you will think about your body differently. This can mean positive changes to the way you experience being in your body. 

Thinking and feeling differently about your body can lead to many personal breakthroughs. For some people these are related to their physical health, for others it may be emotional breakthroughs.
