Wooden Pillow Training during regular classes
Classes at 10a, 6p, and 7:45p. "Please bring your wooden pillow if you have" We will learn how to release tension from head to toe using wooden pillow. Loosen and release knots on your head, neck, shoulders, calves, and feet. Most importantly we will also utilize the wooden pillow on our DahnJon and intestines. Most of our tension in our shoulders, neck, and even the cause of headaches stem from our intestines being tight and unhealthy.
