Through the Finding Your True Self workshop, you will have the opportunity to actually connect with your True Self, the "real you", underneath all the layers of habits, judgements, emotions, and memories that we have mistakenly identified as who we really are. Through this workshop, you will develop a deeper understanding of yourself and the people closest to you so that you can regain self-confidence, eliminate negative patterns, and achieve more harmonious relationships

    Learn how to use the wooden pillow to enhance your health and your energy circulation. Experience the Wooden Pillow class to adjust the neck and straighten the vertebrae, to enhance blood and energy circulation to the brain, and to alleviate shoulder/neck and lower back pain, high blood pressure, intestinal problems, and insomnia. If you have a wooden pillow, please bring it to this class. If not, please RSVP, so we can prepare a wooden pillow for you. After the class, you can purchase your right-sized pillow. Delicious Healing Tea will be served. $20/class for guests.

This class focuses on exercising your intestines, to encourage increased blood and energy circulation and improved elimination of waste and toxins from the body.
