Dahn yoga Glendale offers community yoga class(free) every saturday 9:30am to anyone who want to create healthy, happy and peaceful energy and share in the community.  

Feel free to come and enjoy stretching, breathing and relaxation and spread good energy to people around you!!

    We will have Breathing Level Education class during the normal class times on Monday April 21st. We will go over the different postures for different level. You will experience postures for all levels and learn what is coming next after you complete your level.
