ABOUT SATURDAY CLASS: 9:30AM-10:40AM. 
We invite you to come and experience a fullclass free of charge!  You willexperience basic simple stretching exercises to open the meridian (energy)system in your body. We willthen do modified cardio exercise in the form of tapping, or body movement tohelp you feel your body allowing you to feel, sense your energy throughmeditation. All of this is accompanied by frequent reminders to breathe andlisten to your body.

ABOUT WEDNESDAYCLASS: 6:30PM- 7:40PM.  
Wednesday is ourdesignated day for Tai Chi!! Come and experience this beautiful practice thatincorporates the stretching exercises to open the meridian (energy) system inyour body with the beautiful flowing movements of Tai Chi! You have probablyseen Tai Chi in movies or even at the park! This is a practice that allows youto feel the energy of heaven and earth grow and become one within you as youmove.  A beautiful experience, veryrelaxing as well as energizing!!  Experiencethe class free of charge for one session.
