The concept of energy can be a difficult one to grasp until you have consciously experienced it. It may seem like a purely cosmic concept, but that is only part of the story. Energy is also mundane-- normal, everyday and practical. Since energy is in every aspect of life, you may have experienced energy without being aware of it. Dahn Yoga can help you experience that practical, everyday aspect of energy and put it to use in your life.

The Taoist philosophy that informs Dahn Yoga emphasizes the practical and useful as part of the interconnected nature of “energy.” This understanding of energy can help you improve your health, or even change your life. The old adage “information is power” really applies here. From your first class, you will learn how your body possesses a structure for processing energy. That structure is known as the Meridian System in the Eastern tradition.
 

Dahn Yoga teaches you how to activate, stimulate and recharge your Meridian System. 
Getting to know key Meridian points,
like the yong chun can make your yoga practice much more effective and improve your health. Give it a try!
