Whether you consider yourself a seasoned yogi or a beginner trying yoga for the first time, Dahn Yoga offers a non-traditional approach to yoga in its classes. Some postures may seem familiar yet some might seem very peculiar. However, all elements of Dahn Yoga are carefully designed to create energy balance, a condition known as ?ater up, fire down.?To achieve this, most exercises relieve tension and build strength in the core.

Whether you are stretching your arms, tapping your lower abdomen or rolling on your back, the combination of these exercises produce a warm lower abdomen and cool head. These are also indicators of a stronger, more flexible core and results in deeper breathing, firmer posture and greater flexibility.     Bring your wooden pillow if you have one already! If you do not have a wooden pillow we have some that you can borrow to try it out. Come experience this amazing acupressure massage class that uses the wooden pillow to open up your energy points throughout your body in a surprisingly relaxing manner. The wooden pillow is the best tool to not only help relax and unwind after your day but to help reduce hypertension, neck pain and many other ailments. There is a limited supply of wooden pillows to borrow, so if you have one, please bring yours. Thank you!

This class focuses on exercising your intestines, to encourage increased blood and energy circulation and improved elimination of waste and toxins from the body.
Basic Yoga10:00-11:10Basic Yoga:Regular Dahn Yoga class includes stretching, breathing exercise and meditation. It is geared for all levels, easy for beginners to follow and challenging enough for the advanced practitioner.
Tai Chi10:00-11:10Tai Chi:DahnMuDo is a non-combative, healing martial art. Its gentle moves help to properly align the spine, joints, muscles and even internal organs. DahnMuDo creates strength, power, confidence and mental clarity.
