Happy New Year! If you are like most people, you have made some resolution to yourself about improving your health or getting into better shape. Since getting started is often the hardest part of keeping a resolution, we will help you out by letting you know how easy it can be. Taking charge of your health does not have to involve a lot of equipment or even a lot of time. Dahn Yoga has many exercises and techniques that are simple and effective. Most importantly, they can be done anywhere.

How does it work? Well, Dahn Yoga exercises are designed to stimulate the body’s energy system, similar to the effects of acupuncture and acupressure.You can do exercises that release tension around important energy points. This improves overall circulation and sense of well-being. Try these exercises for warmingup and beating off the winter chill.

For a deeper experience, try one free class in January.

    Bring your wooden pillow if you have one already! If you do not have a wooden pillow we have some that you can borrow to try it out. Come experience this amazing acupressure massage class that uses the wooden pillow to open up your energy points throughout your body in a surprisingly relaxing manner. The wooden pillow is the best tool to not only help relax and unwind after your day but to help reduce hypertension, neck pain and many other ailments. There is a limited supply of wooden pillows to borrow, so if you have one, please bring yours. Thank you!

"What do I really want??" These are questions that we have all asked from time to time. Have you ever really found the answer? Through the Finding Your True Self workshop, you will have the opportunity to actually connect with your True Self, the "real you", underneath all the layers of emotions, preconceptions, thoughts and memories that we have mistaken for who we really are. Through this workshop, you will regain self-confidence, eliminate negative habits, and achieve more harmonious relationships by developing a deeper understanding of yourself and the people closest to you.

We can work with you one-on-one to create a more customizable program that meets your individual needs and personal goals. These include pain relief, deep relaxation, weight control, emotional management, self-confidence and illness recovery. These sessions are more intensive than our Individual Introductory Sessions, with a starting price of $99-$150, lasting 60-70 minutes. We recommend these sessions for those wanting more care and guidance for addressing specific health issues. Our exercises are adaptable for all ages and body conditions.

This class focuses on exercising your intestines, to encourage increased blood and energy circulation and improved elimination of waste and toxins from the body.
Basic Yoga10:00-11:10Basic Yoga:Regular Dahn Yoga class includes stretching, breathing exercise and meditation. It is geared for all levels, easy for beginners to follow and challenging enough for the advanced practitioner.
Tai Chi10:00-11:10Tai Chi:DahnMuDo is a non-combative, healing martial art. Its gentle moves help to properly align the spine, joints, muscles and even internal organs. DahnMuDo creates strength, power, confidence and mental clarity.
