have to involve a lot of equipment or even a lot of time. Dahn Yoga has many
exercises and techniques that are simple and effective. Most importantly, they
can be done anywhere.
How does it work? Well, Dahn Yoga
exercises are designed to stimulate the body’s energy system, similar to the
effects of acupuncture and acupressure.You can do exercises that release tension
around important energy points. This improves overall circulation and sense of
well-being. Try these exercises for warming
beating off the winter chill.
