Even from the very first time you try yoga, you will begin to relax more. There are many factors that contribute to this phenomenon, but the most important are deeper breathing and the release of tension in key parts of the body. These two elements will certainly be present in every Dahn Yoga class.You will feel more relaxed after class, but the relaxation doesn’t end there. It stays with you and positively affects your body in action and at rest so that you will start to sleep better. Many people say that Dahn Yoga has helped them with insomnia. Here are a few of our exercises that can help you improve your sleep.
