    Wooden Pillow Class for Self Healing : During All Regular Classes

    Venue : Dahn Yoga nomal Center
    All classes on Tuesday: 6:30am, 12pm & 6pm . The Wooden Pillow is a helpful tool to relieve tension in the body, and it allows for the skeletal structure to come back into alignment. During the wooden pillow class, members experience several techniques with detailed directions from the instructor, so they can later use the Wooden Pillow on their own. The classes are relaxing but also joyful and energizing. IF YOU HAVE A WOODEN PILLOW PLEASE BRING, BUT WE HAVE PILLOWS TO BORROW OR BUY.
