We teach a meditative practice that is included in almost every class. It's called JiGam. A good way to get to know energy, it is an exercise of feeling. Once you get immersed in the feeling of energy, you can begin to harness the potential of a healthier you.

The first step in experiencing the health benefits of our program is to schedule an introductory session.
