On select dates in August, we will introduce you to Wooden Pillow massage during our regular class, to help you relieve tension in your upper and lower back:

Wednesday, August 20th - 10:00 AM class
Thursday, August 28th - 10:00 AM class and 6:15 PM class 

 

What is the Wooden Pillow?

The Wooden Pillow can be used to adjust the neck and straighten the vertebrae. With proper use, it enhances blood and energy circulation to the brain. It can also be utilized for intestinal healing and foot massage. It is also a great tool to promote deep sleep.
