I had multiple car accidents over the past many years before coming to Dahn Yoga and I have been seeing chiropractors. I felt better each time, but none seem to stay for very long period. But after just few months of Dahn Yoga, my neck is now able to move freely~I have increased my range of motion. My shoulders have dropped. My body feels stronger and mroe flexible. I am so thankful that I decided to take action and give this a try and stick with it, instead of giving up, else I would still be dealing with my neck pains and grumpy self.
