The Scottsdale Dahn Yoga Center is located in the Fry’s Marketplace at the northwest corner of 90th St. and Via Linda.

We offer a free basic Dahn Yoga class on Saturday and Sundays at 11:00 am that is open to the public. Please call 480-391-8916 to let us know if you would like to attend ahead because some of weekend we don't open because of workshop schedule.

    Energy Principle Workshop

    Venue : Dahn Yoga nomal Center
    Through this workshop, you will learn the key principles for managing your energy in your daily life. It will help improve your ability to focus on the present moment and increase your ability to create solutions for the obstacles and challenges you face throughout each day. This is a program that can benefit anyone; friends, family and colleagues are welcome to join! No experience with yoga or meditation required. Workshop Fee: $190.     Woodenpillow Class

    Venue : Dahn Yoga nomal Center
    Experience the Wooden Pillow class to adjust the neck and straighten the vertebrae, to enhance blood and energy circulation to the brain, and to alleviate shoulder/neck and lower back pain, high blood pressure, intestinal problems, and insomnia. If you have a wooden pillow, please bring it to this class. If not, please RSVP, so we can prepare a wooden pillow for you. After the class, you can purchase your right-sized pillow. Delicious Healing Tea will be served. $20/class

This class focuses on exercising your intestines, to encourage increased blood and energy circulation and improved elimination of waste and toxins from the body.
Energy Meditation09:30-10:40Energy Meditation:Meditation class develops body awareness and ability to relax, their level of concentration deepens. Our meditation accelerates this process by shifting the focus away from busy thoughts to the physical sensations of the body.
Basic Yoga09:30-10:40Basic Yoga:Regular Dahn Yoga class includes stretching, breathing exercise and meditation. It is geared for all levels, easy for beginners to follow and challenging enough for the advanced practitioner.
Tai Chi09:30-10:40Tai Chi:DahnMuDo is a non-combative, healing martial art. Its gentle moves help to properly align the spine, joints, muscles and even internal organs. DahnMuDo creates strength, power, confidence and mental clarity.
