Washington DC Dahn Yoga is hosting an exciting Free Workshop series on the first Saturday of every month, where you can learn about holistic approaches to improving your health.

Join us on March 7, 10-11:30am for our special workshop on Brain Health and Stress-Free Living. The event is FREE, so bring a friend!
10am will be a regular Dahn Yoga class and 11-11:30 will be the Brain Health Lecture.

Tai Chi07:30-08:30Tai Chi:In Tai-Chi, you will learn how to feel and utilize the Ki /Chi (life force) energy. With slow and graceful movements, you will release your stress and recharge your body with fresh energy.
