Wooden Pillow during Regular Class times 9am and 6pm
During the regularly scheduled 9am and 6pm yoga class we will use wooden pillows. Wooden pillows are great way to release tension from you neck, loosen any blockage in your intestines and organs, and open the acupressure points on the bottom of your feet. You will leave feeling more open, relaxed, and invigorated. Come try! Free for members, $20 for non members, non members please call in advance!
