Often at this time people make resolutions and yet some people don't because they are unsure if they can really follow through. Either case, goals, or during this time we often call New Year Resolutions, can be hard to achieve. One thing that can help is to strengthen your inner power and will in order to endure the obstacles that may prevent you from achieving your goals. 

Inner power and will to overcome can be ignited and strengthened by strengthening your core. Have you heard of the expression, "fire in the belly?" When the abdomen is strong and energetically full of Ki Energy one can experience more inner strength and power to overcome challenges and emotions like doubt and fear.  As we overcome these obstacles you can create the changes you have been wanting to make and achieve your New Year Resolutions.

This practice not only helps strengthen the core physically but also helps you connect your mind to your body and takes a holistic approach to physical and emotional well being. This style of yoga may compliment what you are already doing or could be a great way to begin deeping your connection to yourself.

The first step in experiencing the health benefits of our program is to schedule an introductory session. In this session, you will get to meet with one of our highly-trained instructors for one hour. They will assess your goals and help you get a good feel for the center and the classes we offer. Afterward, they will recommend a type of membership program that will best help you create the changes you desire.

For anyone who truly wants to make a change, this program is crucial for uncovering exactly where you are and setting the intention for where you want to go. Through the Finding Your True Self workshop, you will have the opportunity to actually connect with your True Self, the "real you", underneath all the layers of habits, judgements, emotions, and memories that we have mistakenly identified as who we really are. Through this workshop, you will develop a deeper understanding of yourself and the people closest to you so that you can regain self-confidence, eliminate negative patterns, and achieve more harmonious relationships

This class focuses on exercising your intestines, to encourage increased blood and energy circulation and improved elimination of waste and toxins from the body.
Basic Yoga09:00-10:10Basic Yoga:Regular Dahn Yoga class includes stretching, breathing exercise and meditation. It is geared for all levels, easy for beginners to follow and challenging enough for the advanced practitioner.
Tai Chi09:00-10:10Tai Chi:DahnMuDo is a non-combative, healing martial art. Its gentle moves help to properly align the spine, joints, muscles and even internal organs. DahnMuDo creates strength, power, confidence and mental clarity.
