Private Session
Receive customized Dahn Yoga exercises and breathing methods to help release specific blockages from the body, including: back, neck, shoulders, legs, chest, arms, and abdomen. Learn specific meditation methods to help deal with mental and emotional stress, and balance the brain-body coordination. We work with you one-on-one to create a detailed program that meets your individual needs and personal goals. This class focuses on exercising your intestines, to encourage increased blood and energy circulation and improved elimination of waste and toxins from the body.
Basic Yoga09:00-10:10Basic Yoga:Regular Dahn Yoga class includes stretching, breathing exercise and meditation. It is geared for all levels, easy for beginners to follow and challenging enough for the advanced practitioner.
