Welcome to Westmont Dahn Yoga Center. Dahn yoga is not your typical yoga program. Dahn Yoga is a dynamic mind-body practice originating in Korea. Dahn Yoga classes combine stretching, flowing, movement, deep breathing exercises and meditation in a simple and easy to learn format. Experience a holistic way to heal your body and mind. Recharge your body, find peace in your brain. Find a healer within. You will feel centered and energetic after each of our classes. We speak English, Polish, Lithuanian. The first step in experiencing the health benefits of our program is to schedule a Personal Introductory Session. In this session, you will get to meet with one of our highly-trained instructors for about one hour to assess your goals and evaluate your current starting points in physical, emotional, mental, and energetic balance. After experiencing our basic class and exercises, your instructor will recommend a type of membership program that can best help you create the changes you want.

Tai Chi10:00-11:10Tai Chi:DahnMuDo is a non-combative, healing martial art. Its gentle moves help to properly align the spine, joints, muscles and even internal organs. DahnMuDo creates strength, power, confidence and mental clarity.
