    Do you feel something in your life needs to change, but you don't know what to do or where to start? For anyone who truly wants to make a change, this program is crucial for uncovering exactly where you are and setting the intention for where you want to go. Through the Finding Your True Self workshop, you will have the opportunity to actually connect with your True Self, the "real you", underneath all the layers of habits, judgements, emotions, and memories that we have mistakenly identified as who we really are. Through this workshop, you will develop a deeper understanding of yourself and the people closest to you so that you can regain self-confidence, eliminate negative patterns, and achieve more harmonious relationships.

    This dynamic one-day workshop helps you develop a stronger connection with your body. You will have a direct experience of the energy system in your body and how it works. The workshop helps you open up energy pathways, strengthen your core, and awaken your energy sense deeply. You will learn how to apply Dahn Yoga principles to your everyday life for more energy, greater strength, better stress management, and clear focus. Initial Awakening is essential if you want to get the most out of your Dahn Yoga practice.

* Using customized Dahn Yoga exercise and breathing method to help release tension from the body, including: back, neck, feet, and abdomen. * Helps relieve pain and stiffness from the body * Facilitates awakening of the senses and increases body awareness. * Our exercises are adaptable for all ages and body conditions. We work with you one-on-one to create a customized program that meets your individual needs and personal goals such as pain relief, deep relaxation, weight control, emotional management, self-confidence and illness recovery. * Learn how to recognize - and eventually break free from - old, self-limiting habits and life-patterns, and live with greater health and well-being. -------Korean Tai-Chi which healing martial art . 1 time a week.
