Happy New Year! If you are like most people, you have made some resolution to yourself about improving your health or getting into better shape. Since getting started is often the hardest part of keeping a resolution, we will help you out by letting you know how easy it can be. Taking charge of your health does not have to involve a lot of equipment or even a lot of time. Dahn Yoga has many exercises and techniques that are simple and effective. Most importantly, they can be done anywhere.

How does it work? Well, Dahn Yoga exercises are designed to stimulate the body’s energy system, similar to the effects of acupuncture and acupressure.You can do exercises that release tension around important energy points. This improves overall circulation and sense of well-being. Try these exercises for warmingup and beating off the winter chill.

Basic Yoga10:30-11:30Basic Yoga:Regular Dahn Yoga class includes stretching, breathing exercise and meditation. It is geared for all levels, easy for beginners to follow and challenging enough for the advanced practitioner.
Tai Chi10:30-11:30Tai Chi:DahnMuDo is a non-combative, healing martial art. Its gentle moves help to properly align the spine, joints, muscles and even internal organs. DahnMuDo creates strength, power, confidence and mental clarity.
