One of Dahn Yoga’s many innovative methods to holistic healing is its emphasis on brain health. Studies have repeatedly proven that physical exercise, yoga and meditation have profound benefits in maintaining a healthy brain. Dahn Yoga’s approach combines these scientific facts with ancient Korean wisdoms of mind-body harmony. Our unique exercise that best highlights this technique is Brain Wave Vibration, which integrates movement and focus to produce a deep sense of relaxed concentration.

Brain Wave Vibration consists of simple, repeated movements. As your body sinks into the rhythm and movement of your body, you will naturally bring your mind inward and release tension through deep and even breathing. Through gentle sweat, you will also restore your body to a desired temperature.

In just 10 minutes--whether done in a seated posture or standing up--Brain Wave Vibration offers immense full body benefits. Experience it for yourself through our videos or stop by a Dahn Yoga center to try it in one of our classes!

Basic Yoga10:30-11:30Basic Yoga:Regular Dahn Yoga class includes stretching, breathing exercise and meditation. It is geared for all levels, easy for beginners to follow and challenging enough for the advanced practitioner.
Tai Chi10:30-11:30Tai Chi:DahnMuDo is a non-combative, healing martial art. Its gentle moves help to properly align the spine, joints, muscles and even internal organs. DahnMuDo creates strength, power, confidence and mental clarity.
