You may not realize that yoga can adapt and fit your life. We have a range of exercises that don’t require special clothing, a mat or a classroom. One of the best exercises you can take with you is Jangsaeng “Energy” Walking. Once you understand the basics of meridian points and learn to really feel your body as it moves, you can change normal walking into an energizing experience.
