Dahn Yoga was born with the intention of creating health for the whole world. We teach with the belief that peace can be found internally through the body and brain, and then is naturally expressed externally for the benefit of all.
Over the years, two major and distinctive paths for actively living this sense of purpose as a company have developed: Dahn Yoga Foundation, and support of Earth Citizen Movement.
Dahn Yoga Foundation Since 2006, Dahn Yoga staff and practitioners have been contributing to the community through Dahn Yoga Foundation. Dahn Yoga Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that was created to share the principles and tools of Brain Education well-being programs with individuals, families, groups, and communities. Dahn Yoga Foundation volunteers are made up of Dahn Yoga members and instructors.
Through Dahn Yoga Foundation volunteers, Dahn Yoga practices are being shared throughout the country at:
Dahn Yoga Foundation also supports the general volunteer activities of Dahn Yoga employees, such as helping with local food drives and soup kitchens.
