Dahn Yoga benefits

I've been practicing Dahn Yoga for 18 months and I have never been happier. Dahn Yoga practice is fun, exhilarating, simple, non competitive, and mood altering. It brings a lot of health benefits physically and emotionally to one's self. If you are unhappy about your job, relationships, physical condition, or even unsure of who you are, Dahn Yoga practice will help becoming more centered, being able to see the positives in work place, or relationships, and self. It helps improve our outlook in life and offers tools to improve our personal and professional relationships as opposed to running away from them. In fact Dahn Yoga is not just Yoga, it's a life time practice of learning about natural healing of the body and mind through learning about ki energy circulation and breathing techniques. It's a practice of finding peace within and love and peace for humanity and Earth. It's a learning of conquering our mind created fears and gaining courage about change in a positive way.

Mentally it’s better for me on a day to day basis with work

Physically,the benefits for me would be that in a year I lost like 20 pounds without really changing anything except…practicing the yoga regularly, you know…two/three times a week… And then, I used to go to morning class 2 times a week before I went to work. And, I can sit like this, in half lotus posture, which I couldn’t do before. It’s little things like that… And then, I also have a bit of a temper and the things I learned and read in books were things I knew already, you know, for your mindset, yourself, and outside things—keeping them outside so it doesn’t affect you. So that’s something I work in dealing with people. Things like that, which I didn’t realize are more important than the stretching and the flexibility and losing weight part. So, mentally it’s better for me on a day to day basis with work.
