Stress relief and Weight Loss Fran, Brookline center, MA: have been coming to the Brookline Dahn Yoga for 3 months, and I love it! I had never done yoga before I started and I was afraid I would be very behind in the class. But all the instructors are great and I had fun even though my body was very stiff at first. Best of all I could feel how the class helps me to relax. I even lost 5 pounds and I think it was because of the core exercises that we do! I have the feeling that I am doing something really, really good for my body and my mind each time I take class. I would recommend it to anyone even if you haven't done yoga of exercise before.

Awakening and healing Elizabeth Fisher, Brookline center, MA: When I started training at the Brookline Center in Jan 2010 my body was not very flexible and my ability to feel inside my body was asleep. Now it’s like my nerves and mind have come “online”… it’s been like pressing a gigantic RESET BUTTON for my senses and energy. It feels wonderful to experience class and get a great workout and leave feeling completely charged with energy – energy that lasts and grows. Stressed is a word that I no longer use to describe myself… instead I feel a constant awakening and connecting inside my body and mind and I looooove how I feel.
