ADV : Advanced class offers more advanced stretching and breathing techniques for those looking for more of a physical challenge.
DY : Regular Dahn Yoga class includes stretching, breathing exercise and meditation. It is geared for all levels, easy for beginners to follow and challenging enough for the advanced practitioner.
OPEN : Open Class! Family and friends welcome! Since these classes are not always held regularly, please call in advance to confirm attendance and class availability/schedule.
SP : Special classes can include early morning training, preparation or follow-up for special workshops. Please speak with the Center Manager for details.
Tai-Chi : In Tai-Chi, you will learn how to feel and utilize the Ki /Chi (life force) energy. With slow and graceful movements, you will release your stress and recharge your body with fresh energy.
VIB : Vibration Class. Vibration is an effective way to release stress and stagnant energy from your body. Vibration also stimulates blood and energy circulation throughout the body, recharging it with fresh energy.
