Dahn Yoga Classes & ServicesDahn Yoga Centers offer three basic services that you can combine into a membership together, or take just one, depending on your goals.

DAILY YOGA CLASSES:
Brain Education Program Step 1
You will improve your physical health by developing strength, flexibility, breathing, and energy sensitivity with our daily yoga classes.
Our classes vary throughout the week to help your practice feel fresh and new. Each day, class will bring your focus from outside to within yourself. Through strengthening and breathing postures, your energy will gather in your center, leaving you feeling strong, calm, and fresh.

WORKSHOPS:
Brain Education Program Step 2-4
In just a day or two, you can completely renew yourself.
Our popular workshop series guides you through BEST Steps 2-4. They can help you deepen your sense of energy, strengthen your physical body, open your heart, and/or explore your spiritual growth.

PRIVATE SESSIONS
Dahn Yoga includes over 360 methods that can help you achieve your goal. Group classes are effective, but they don't address your individual condition as well as our instructors can when they work with you personally.
