Classes

Develop strength, flexibility, proper breathing, and energy sensitivity with our daily yoga classes.
Our classes vary throughout the week to help your practice feel fresh and new. Each day, class will bring your focus from outside to within yourself. Through strengthening and breathing postures, your energy will gather in your center, leaving you feeling strong, calm, and fresh.

Dahn Yoga Classes Class Schedule & Fees

Classes are offered 2-5 times a day at most centers and last approximately one hour. Fees range between $10-$20 per class, depending on your class package.
If possible, plan to attend 2-3 times per week for the best results.

Class Flow

  • Warm up exercise: 10-15 minutes
  • Core Practice, Stretching, Breathing Postures, Meditation, Strengthening Postures: 30-40 minutes
  • Refreshing Exercises: 10 minutes
  • Tea time: 10 minutes

Personal Care: Level-Up & Home Exercises

Personal care goes into every aspect of your Dahn Yoga membership.

As your body and breathing improves, your instructor will carefully guide you through the six levels of our basic class.

Our level system is designed for improving four key components of holistic health: flexibility, strength, breathing, and energy sensitivity.

Your instructor will regularly check your strengths and weaknesses as your body changes throughout your membership. Based on your goals, condition, and available time, they will recommend exercises you can do at home to complement your center training.

Home exercises are one of our signature offerings and a key ingredient in the success of your practice.
