Private Sessions

Private Sessions Group classes are effective, but they don't address your individual condition as well as our instructors can when they work with you personally. Private Sessions provide high quality personal care by our instructors to help you meet your goals.

As with all of Dahn Yoga practices, the result of Private Sessions depends greatly on how much you practice the at-home exercises and implement the suggestions given by the instructor.

Each instructor offers different Private Sessions according to their expertise and experience. They are also different depending on the member's condition. They vary greatly in style, method, length per session, and length of program. Most likely, the private sessions offered at the center near you will fall into different ranges of levels:

  1. Physical Level: Involves basic training to address a health issue or improve your overall condition. Certain qualified centers may offer hwal-gong, a physical, hands-on, energy healing therapy in addition to personal training.

  3. Mind-Body Level: Designed to help you use your mind-body connection to change the habits in your life.
    Through expert guidance, you can come to understand how the Ki energy in your body flows or becomes blocked according to your mind and body's condition. As you grow in clarity about your condition, your instructor will give you step by step practices to help you make the desired changes you seek.
    This level is effective for making changes in your life, improving your physical or emotional well-being, or gaining insight into yourself.

  5. Brain Management Level and Spiritual Level: Recommended for people after Brain Education Level 2 & 3 workshops. Designed to help you integrate the awakenings gained through practice into daily life, and become the highest vision of yourself you can imagine.

    This level of Private Session is also good for spiritually inclined people who want to develop their upper chakras.
