Relaxing from Stress

When I started Dahn Yoga, I came in with lots of stress from school and pressure from work. But ever since I started taking classes, I've been able to apply what I've learned at Dahn Yoga in my everyday life.
I am the type of person who gets distracted easily and loses focus; I also have some tension and backaches from school and stress. It's nice to be able to come after work or school, go to class, and relax. I never thought that going to yoga would be like a sanctuary. After a day of work, coming, unwinding, releasing all of my worries, and relaxing is nice. The instructors are helpful and very generous. They meet your needs, and they are there for you when you need them. I look forward to class when I come, because it is different every time, which is nice, and it keeps you coming back.
I would recommend this practice to anyone who needs to escape everyday life, while at the same time changing yourself, becoming your higher self, and changing your life.
