I am beginning my fifth year with Dahn Yoga having joined when I retired from my university position. I knew I needed to do more than my walking to stay healthy as I age. Dahn Yoga has been everything I wanted! Mushim, the head instructor at the Peachtree Center is tireless in her pursuit of excellence, defined as a healthy mind in a healthy body. She combines in one person exceptional knowledge, skill in teaching yoga and the ability to see us as individuals. I recommend her highly.
