Brain Wave Vibration introduced to Sirius Radio show.
10/25/2008 ![]() October 8, Larry Flick of the Sirius Satellite Radio's OutQ in the Morning interviewed Dr. Sung Lee about Brain Wave Vibration and the Brain Education method. In the interview, Dr. Lee discusses the training methods and their supporting principles from a medical and scientific standpoint. As secretary of the International Brain Education Association, Dr. Lee is actively involved in the research and development of Brain Education programs. Here he discusses his findings and insights in layman's terms for OutQ's listening audience. After Dr. Lee gave a brief overview of the principles behind each of the five steps, the interviewer, Larry Flick, asked how the method compares to ordinary mediation practice. Dr. Lee replied that the two are analogous on many levels, but that Brain Education adds the dynamic element of physical movement. He described BWV as a prime example of this sort of training method, which can be used to help us "get out of the chattering mind." Fick, who seemed genuinely interested in BEST as a way to calm his own busy brain, says he plans to give it a try himself soon and noted how effectively it could help people deal with the difficult issues of the day. |
