Practicing Dahn Yoga Reduces Health Insurance Claims and Premiums  07/01/2009  Annual statistical reviews by Aetna, Dahn Yoga®’s health insurance provider, reveals that Dahn Yoga whose employees regularly engage in Dahn Yoga exercise, had heath insurance claims ratios of 7% for the last 2 years which is 63% below the national average claims ratio of 70%, resulting in a very low annual increase in health insurance premiums of 2% - 3%. The US national average increase for health insurance costs is 15% each year.
