Dahn Yoga Studio FAQ

Here are the answers to some commonly asked questions
about the Dahn Yoga Studio centers.

There is no yoga class center close to my home. What should I do?

Oct 04, 05

We urge you to keep checking our website, as new yoga class centers are constantly being opened. We hope you have already signed up for our online newsletters.

We encourage you to do dahn training, even if you are not located close to a center. Each yoga excercise was purposely made easy to do and follow, so that everyone may enjoy it. A regular Dahn Yoga excercise class also empowers you by helping circulate your life-energy more efficiently. We regret that we do not have a center close to you. However, we have other options for you to experience Dahn Yoga. Please note the possibilities below:

 The DVD, Dahn Yoga will help you practice Dahn Yoga in your home. While we believe class experience is preferable, you can still experience the marvelous benefits of Dahn practice with the help of our instructional materials. Please visit BestLifeMedia.com or/and Healing Plaza.com for more information.

 There are several good books for study and training. Brain Respiration is a very simple and highly effective method for developing the brain. This book teaches us how to awaken the unused 90% of the brain and empower it. Healing Society, written by Ilchi Lee who is the founder of Dahnhak, provides an intriguing insight into Lee’s philosophy and the basic principles of Dahnhak. Human Technology, a new book by Ilchi Lee presents a toolkit for self-management of the 3 core issues of life: health; relationship; and life purpose. This book also includes a practical guide to optimize our life’s master controller, the brain. You may find the detailed and updated resources of Dahnhak at www.bestlifemedia.com. These books may also be ordered at Borders Book Store.

 You can visit our websites www.DahnYoga.com and www.BrainWaveVibration.com for more information.

 Initial Awakening is a two day workshop which provides participants with all the basics of Dahn practice.. This course of study focuses on physical mastery which will then lead to the study of mastery of mind.
 If you organize a group of twenty people or more, we will send a team of trainers to your city to offer Initial Awakening. For further information about hosting these programs, please phone our program coordinator at 1-877-HSP-YOGA (1-877-477-9642).

 Another suggestion: several of our members live in a different state, but a few hours drive away from the nearest center. In their case, they do their basic yoga training and yoga exercise routines at home, but travel to the center occasionally for special trainings or weekend programs. Even though not close enough for daily travel, you may wish to contact the yoga class center nearest you for help, support and guidance, should you wish to pursue dahn yoga training. Another benefit of this is that as a member, you would be able to enjoy the online membership courses, available on the Internet. (You must be a member at one of our centers in order to join online.)

 Finally, Sedona Mago Retreat Center nestled within the awe-inspiring red rocks and vortices of Sedona, Arizona, provides various high level of Dahn Yoga and Brain Education programs, including Dahn Healing System, Sedona Meditation Tour, YEHA Awakening camp, BR children’s camp and others. With its natural beauty, it is also a good place for rest, relaxation and private meditation. For further information, please feel free to phone 1-800-875-2256.

Again, we encourage you to contact your nearest center, even though it may not be commuting distance away, they can still provide a wealth of information, options and support.

I am interested in Taichi or Qigong classes. Do you offer those?

If I am a member at one yoga studio, can I take classes at another center?
