Is Dahn Yoga Safe for My Condition?

Breathing and relaxing can be useful for your condition. It is always advisable to check with your doctor before embarking on any health and fitness program.Be sure you are guided well by the instructors. Most of the regular exercises can be done safely by pregnant women and seniors. But individual caution and discretion must be used according to your own situation.
Members are NEVER forced or asked to do something that is not comfortable for them. One must always adjust according to their condition. We have had success with seniors and pregnant women, as well as people with MS and other disabilities. We do not do difficult postures, but instead do gentle stretching, and other activities to activate the energy system, for about 20 min, then the class goes into relaxation and meditation training, ending with 5 min more of exercise to awaken the entire body and mind.
Members leave class feeling energized and relaxed. Use the online internet courses as valuable adjuncts to your training.
Your success is directly related to how much effort (energy) you expend toward it. It is an exact transaction of energy. The result and effects of training vary from individual to individual.
One of the most important factors in your success is your sincere desire to change. Dahn yoga helps people to joyfully recover the control they have over their minds, bodies and lives.

Will Dahn Yoga help me to lose weight?
