Refund Policy
Consumer Rights of Cancellation
You, the buyer, may cancel this agreement at any time prior to midnight of the third business day of this center after the date of this agreement, excluding Sundays and holidays. To cancel this agreement, mail or deliver a signed and dated notice, or send fax which states that you are canceling this agreement, or words of similar effect. Such notice shall be sent to as specified under.
Grounds for refund: You may request for the refund of membership fee on the basis of the following: 1. If you are not satisfied with the customer service of Dahn Center or with the Dahn Yoga training even though you followed the guidance of the instructor; 2.If circumstances beyond your control as listed below make your training impossible:(1) Personal injury that makes training impossible, accompanied by a doctor’s diagnosis;(2) Change of address to a place where there is no Dahn Center within 15 mile radius; Provided, refund request above must be accompanied by your specific reason(s). Refund procedure: If you request for refund within 14 days from membership registration, you may get a refund of the entire tuition, excluding registration fee and payment for goods used. If you request for refund 15 days after registration, cancellation fee will be applied. And the amount of refund will be calculated as the total tuition paid less the pro rata tuition for the period of effective membership. Registration fee and payment for goods will not be returned. The basis for calculating refund amount for individual sessions will be the number of sessions performed. The refund amount will be the total fee paid less the session fees accountable to already performed sessions. Calculating amount of package membership refund will follow separate regulations. The date of receipt of request, not the last day of training, shall be the basis for calculating the refund. Stamp date on envelope shall be the request date if request is made by mail. Cancellation fee will be $30 for 3 month membership, $60 for 6 month membership, $110 for 1 year membership, which correspond to the discount benefits for long term memberships.
