Some things you see in a Dahn Yoga class will look familiar. You expect to see stretching in a yoga class. However, if you are actually doing it, you will realize it is a unique experience and approach to moving the body. “Energy” is the focus of our yoga practice and we can only truly understand energy through practical application of principles.

Meridian Exercises. are an excellent way to understand energy, to manage stress and improve your health. How? According to Eastern tradition, energy moves through the human body along channels known as meridians. Each of them related to a vital organ or important function of the body. With Meridian Exercises, you can stimulate energy circulation along the meridians and activate the natural healing processes in your body.     Made from soft Paulownia Wood, these pillows are used to activate acupressure points throughout the entire body for better health, breathing, and sleeping. If you own one, please bring it to class. We will experience how to use it. You will feel a lot of stiffness and built-up toxins release, as well as deep energy flow and relaxation.
