The first step in experiencing the health benefits of our program is to schedule a Personal Introductory Session. In this session, you will get to meet with one of our highly-trained instructors for about one hour to assess your goals and evaluate your current starting points for physical, emotional, mental, and energetic balance. After experiencing our basic class and exercises, your instructor will recommend a type of membership program that can best help you create the changes you want.
