Dahn Yoga Class

Through this workshop you will learn to evaluate your health on a broader scale. Armed with greater sensitivity and self-awareness you will be able to assess your health condition in a more comprehensive way.
Optimal health should be determined by both your physical and mental condition. Through this introductory yoga class, you will understand the truly astounding benefits of yoga. The first step to becoming more healthy and happy is to recognize what it is that we are holding on to, and ultimately learn what skills are necessary to heal ourselves.
With Dahn's intensive yoga class workshops, you will learn the principles of Ki energy and how to use them in your everyday life. Through various training methods that promote circulation of Ki energy, you will release negative "emotional memories" that may be inhibiting the healthy function of your internal organs. You will awaken your natural, self-healing ability and become empowered to manager your own total health. The next program we recommend after this is Shim Sung Training.

Who Am I? What Do I Really Want? These are questions that we have all asked from time to time. Have you ever really found the answer? Through Shim Sung Training, you will have the opportunity to connect with your True Self, the "real you," underneath all the layers emotions, preconceptions, thoughts and memories that we have mistaken for who we really are. Shim Sung is the most precious of all the Dahn trainings. Through Shim Sung, you will regain self-confidence, eliminate negative habits, and achieve more harmonious relationships by developing a deeper understanding of yourself and the people closest to you.

"My Body is Not Me, It's Mine." Do you spend a lot of time thinking? When we think too much, energy rises to our heads, and our bodies can easily become deactivated. This imbalance in our energy circulation can cause physical weakness and increased mental and emotional stress. Through this basic yoga class workshop, you will learn fundamental principles of Dahn Yoga, including the power of your mind and what is possible when you connect your mind to your body. The purpose of Initial Awakening is to bring your mind to your Dahn-Jon, to increase your awareness of and sensitivity to your body and understand the true benefits of yoga.

More Than Body

Mind

Through this profound experiential understanding of Ki-energy, you'll learn how to consciously use your mind so that you can experience the peaceful joy that comes with the freedom from being controlled by emotions. In addition to examining the emotions that negatively affect you, you'll learn exercises to help you recognize emotions as they come up and gain mastery over them.
