DY: Regular Dahn Yoga class includes stretching, breathing exercise and meditation. It is geared for all levels, easy for beginners to follow and challenging enough for the advanced practitioner.

Tai-Chi: In Tai-Chi, you will learn how to feel and utilize the Ki /Chi (life force) energy. With slow and graceful movements, you will release your stress and recharge your body with fresh energy.

DMD: DahnMuDo is a non-combative, healing martial art. Its gentle moves help to properly align the spine, joints, muscles and even internal organs. DahnMuDo creates strength, power, confidence and mental clarity.

BE Kids: BE Kids class. Modified, fun BR exercises for children that stimulate and awaken the brain, leading to better focus, concentration, emotional control and increased academic performance.

IE: Intestine Exercise class. In the human body, many toxins accumulate in the intestines, which can affect all other internal organs. This class focuses on exercising your intestines, to encourage increased blood and energy circulation and improved elimination of waste and toxins from the body.

SP: Special classes can include early morning training, preparation or follow-up for special workshops. Please speak with the Center Manager for details.

VIB: Vibration Class. Vibration is an effective way to release stress and stagnant energy from your body. Vibration also stimulates blood and energy circulation throughout the body, recharging it with fresh energy.
