    1 Year Unlimited $1420 Includes private training (1x/month) & breathing evaluation.
    20 Classes $300 20-class pass is valid for 6 months.

    Customizable gift packages available with private sessions + regular classes.
    Our exercises are adaptable for all ages and body conditions. We work with you one-on-one to create a customized program that meets your individual needs and personal goals such as pain relief, deep relaxation, weight control, emotional management, self-confidence.
