More flexible in 3 months!!!

I have been a Dahn Yoga member since January 2011, and when I started I was in really bad shape. I couldn't touch my toes, I had lower back pain, and my shoulders were up to my ears. After 3 months of Dahn Yoga, I have been able to open more and I can touch my forehead to my knees! It's amazing!

After just a month of taking Dahn Yoga classes, I felt a very big difference. I could concentrate, and I was able to take care of everything in my life, my work, housework, reading, household finances, etc. Then, after a year or two, I felt an even bigger difference in myself. I could walk and even run, I could climb stairs, and I even saw some improvement in my balance, which had been a really big problem for me.
