I had received a couple of flyers on my car and on my front door at home for Dahn Yoga and had meant to keep one since I had always been interested in trying yoga for its health benefits. I had several health issues including arthritis and a bone spur on my C-spine, but when I was referred to a rheumatologist and diagnosed with fibromyalgia, the doctor told me that many of his patients with arthritis and fibromyalgia found significant relief from yoga and tai-chi (aka dahn-mu-do). When I returned home, a Dahn Yoga flyer was on my front door. I realized it was a "sign" and I called to make an appointment for an initial consultation right away.
