My experience at the San Ramon BBC

The exercises are designed to be simple enough to learn for beginners and to build strength and stamina as you increase practice time. In a year or so of attending I regained much of the flexibility that I've lost after years of office work. The studio is small and there are only few people allowed in each class, so you get plenty of individual attention.
