My first impressions

My wife and I started to attend in September 2011 based on the recommendation of some friends. When I started I had my doubts about my enthusiasm, but it is now 2012 and I would encourage anyone to get involved. The one thing that I like the most is that is a workout of both mind and body. It is something that if I miss one of my three sessions a week that I like to attend I feel I have cheated. We are planning a spring trip to Sodona that I am so looking forward to. I enjoy hiking and a hike up Bell Rock is now on my bucket list. Our instructor Jeff nim has been so encouraging so sessions go by fast.
