Emotionally Stable and Outgoing

I have been interested in yoga and martial arts for a long time. When I took the Dahn Yoga class I was pleasantly surprised to find that it combined stretching, dynamic meditation and energy work in one class. I have improved my flexibility, core strength and internal focus.
I have more emotional stability and I learned to open myself and become more outgoing and friendly to other people in an easy and natural way. I realized I am just like everybody else. :-) I like that it's not too serious, it's fun and yet it's a good workout. You get to laugh and change your mood.
