Getting flexible!

I've been taking classes for about 4 months and I started out pretty stiff and inflexible. At the beginning it was hard to sit cross-legged on the floor, but after a few months it's much easier, and I've even been able to meditate on my own! I have signed up for an extended program, and I'll probably continue. I Recommend it for anyone who needs to loosen up and relax.
