All my life I have practiced one form or another of Yoga. In my younger years it was Judo as an active sport. Later in life I switched to Hatha Yoga. Now I am at a stage in my life where I am choosing a more holistic approach to combine the spiritual with the physical. Fortunately I came across Dahn Yoga some five years ago. Was it by sheer coincidence, or was it by Divine Guidance? Practicing the Dahn Yoga principles of physical exercises combined with active relaxation and breathing, and Brain Wave Vibration Meditation, is helping me to stay healthy, young minded, keep a positive mental attitude and practice healthy self discipline. Attending workshops that teach self knowledge and worth have send me on the way to self-discovery and acceptance. Dahn Yoga has become a major part of my life and the interaction with other mind-like individuals has made many friends in all walks of life. Dahn Yoga is a formula for life-long happiness. KLAUS P.
