So much more than exercise!

I tried other yoga classes for a couple years. They offered great exercise but I wanted to go deeper. Participants were quiet and hardly spoke to each other, and the instructors never knew my name or asked about my condition. I felt isolated and alone in a room full of people! The moment I stepped into the Cherry Creek Dahn Yoga Center, I was greeted with enthusiasm and warmth! The instructors asked my name and have always greeted me by name. My physical and energy condition is checked regularly, and I am guided to expand my abilities, physically, mentally and even spiritually. I am lighter, brighter, and have focus for my life. Thank you Dahn Yoga--you have changed my life!
